I ordered a sensory swing for my 3-year-old son with autism for Christmas. It arrived on Christmas Eve, and as I was unpacking everything for the guy I hired to set it up, I found some items were missing, and the swing itself had a tear. There was no pod included for the swing! I couldn't even set it up, let alone use it. This was the only gift I had for him since he doesn’t really get the whole present thing, and money was super tight this year! I'm really let down. Now my son has to miss out on his Christmas gift!

Harkla did refund me and sent a new swing, but I’m still really bummed he didn’t get it in time for the holiday. At least it’s been sorted out eventually.

Now that my kid's a young adult, I really wish Harkla's products were available back in the day. The Weighted Lap Animal would have been a game changer for her. I did get her the weighted blanket, and she said it helped her sleep way better. Big thanks to Harkla for their awesome products and fantastic customer service!

My grandson, who’s 11, is on the spectrum. A couple of years back, I got him the Harkla weighted blanket. My daughter tells me he’s always using it. Whether he’s chilling on the couch, having sleepovers, or getting ready for bed, he really enjoys it!

I got the swing, but I couldn't set it up right since we live in an apartment. My son absolutely adored it, though! Returning the item was a breeze. The customer service team is super professional and quick. Plus, Harkla sends out awesome emails packed with useful info.

I absolutely adore my weighted blanket for quick naps. It's a bit much for nighttime, though. It tends to get a bit too toasty after a few hours. I reckon they might have switched up their filling, and I'm not sure I'd be a fan of the glass beads. But hey, we just gifted our 7-year-old granddaughter one, and she claims she loves it. She deals with dyslexia and is super energetic, making it tough for her to wind down and catch some Z's. It looks like it's doing the trick, especially when paired with the gummies that help her chill out and drift off.
